No! There's a strength to strong doctor-patient relationships and we believe that is one of the keys to a successful practice. We communicate with your front office staff if a patient does need to be contacted.
Nope! We keep detailed notes in the claims and patient account ledgers for when there are questions about payments, benefits, etc. We also encourage weekly phone call meetings to keep both parties updated with any issues and make sure your needs are being taken care of!
Yes. The one-time Initial Start Fee is essentially a retainer fee for our services for the first billing cycle. You will be credited that amount on your first invoice. After that, we bill you monthly!
